- For users under 12: name and contact details of a parent or legal guardian.

- App usage patterns (e.g., frequency of logins, feature engagement).
- Mood trends (e.g., mood check-in selections).
- Interactions with the Virtual Garden system (e.g., plant growth, rewards earned).
- Journaling engagement metrics (e.g., frequency of journal entries), but not the content of private journal entries.
- Technical Data:
- Device type, operating system, and limited technical information (e.g., IP address, app crash reports).
We do not collect any sensitive personal information (as defined in the Privacy Act), such as health or biometric data.

- Operate, administer, and improve the Journey App and Pilot experience.
- Analyse engagement patterns to evaluate and enhance user wellbeing tools.

- Verify eligibility (e.g., age and Western Australia residency requirements).
- Provide support and respond to user inquiries.
- Ensure safeguarding protocols, particularly for users under 18.
