1. Introduction

1.1 Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Participant”) and Journey (ABN 61633786430) (“we”, “us”, “our”), governing your access to and use of the Journey App and participation in the Journey App Pilot Program (“Pilot”).

By accessing or using the Journey App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 Purpose of the Terms

The purpose of these Terms is to:

• Outline the rules and conditions applicable to your participation in the Pilot.
• Define your rights and responsibilities as a user of the Journey App.
• Explain the limitations and disclaimers relevant to the services we provide.

These Terms are intended to ensure a fair and transparent pilot program while protecting both you and Journey from misunderstandings or misuse of the app.

1.3 Accessibility Commitment

Journey is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible app experience for all Users, in line with principles outlined in the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth). Users requiring accessibility support may contact us for reasonable accommodations.

1.4 Acceptance of Terms

By:

• (a) registering for an account,
• (b) accessing or using the Journey App, or
• (c) participating in any features or activities related to the Pilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or participate in the Journey App or the Pilot.
